Welcome to a truly unique dining experience at Gibraltar’s only authentic Brazilian ‘churrascaria de rodizio’ – Gibraltar’s Ipanema Restaurant. Churrascaria (pron. shoe-hoss-korea) which means “house of barbecue”, is a tradition for more than three centuries in Brazil.

The original and unique way of roasting meat conserved the characteristic taste of each portion leaving the cuts full of it’s natural juices and flavors.

You will enjoy a vast selection of roasted meats at Ipanema carved at your table by our experienced passadors (meat carvers) who pass from table to table slicing different cuts of meat from skewers onto your plate, along with a variety of Brazilian Hot dishes. Also we offer uniuque Brazilian Desserts.

At Ipanema, our selection of meat is extensive and sure to tempt you with delights including leg of lamb; beef in a variety of cuts from silverside to picanha, the heart of the rump; pork; chicken thighs and chicken wings. You can also help yourself to the vast array of traditional Brazilian hot dishes and exotic salads available on our buffet, all freshly made to time-honoured recipes.
